The implementation of a strategy is always a thing that is spaced out for a long time in terms of political development. It takes time, but a good strategy lives on and work in the society for as long as there is a need for the strategy.
I am inspired primarily by Alexander the Great, that I have studied quite a lot. But also historical figures as Scipio Africanus, Napoleon, David and Hannibal.
Each leader had their specific charectaristics that carried them to victory. Alexander the Great won most of the world due to understanding of how to set up an army and how to do siege craft. But also his initiative was amazing. Scipio Africanus was a man of grit, amazing and unconquerable spirit.
This has to be implemented in the political world that is often a bloodsport without rules, to cite a former speaker of the house John Berkow.
My experience is, that the better I communicate with the politician that I work with the better the result.
